Mivelogna - ICT component (June-September 2022)

NGO Jade organized the MIVELOGNA program to support young people, stay-at-home mothers and unemployed people in Tamatave and the surrounding area in their agricultural projects or businesses. The « Information and Communication Technology ICT » component took place from June to September 2022. The objectives of this program were to support beneficiaries in their efforts, to bring about positive change in the labor sector in Tamatave, and to raise awareness of NGO Jade as a player in business creation support.

The project began on June 18, 2022 with training in personal development and financial education for 36 beneficiaries. This training was led by competent Jade members and aimed to qualify beneficiaries to receive substantial material support. On June 21 and 22, 2022, twelve beneficiaries took part in online training offered by a communication agency partnering with Jade, Book News Madagascar, with a view to certification in the online work sector.

50 beneficiaries (23 men and 27 women) took part in the program. Twelve of them received support for online training, twelve received a 50-euro kit, twelve a 150-euro kit and twelve a 250-euro kit. The kits included equipment, materials and computer hardware.

NGO Jade's MIVELOGNA program helped support young people, stay-at-home mothers and unemployed people in their agricultural or business projects by offering them training and substantial material support. The training was led by competent Jade members and NGO partners. The project also helped raise awareness of NGO Jade as a player in business creation support and the awakening of entrepreneurial spirit in Tamatave and the Atsinanana region. The project's long-term objectives are to contribute to improving the labor sector in Tamatave and to build strategic partnerships to achieve these goals.

The MIVELOGNA program helped support beneficiaries in their agricultural or business projects. The kits included equipment, materials and computer hardware. Beneficiaries received kits worth 50 euros, 150 euros or 250 euros depending on their needs. The training also allowed beneficiaries to develop their skills in personal development, financial education and the online work sector. The MIVELOGNA program is a successful NGO Jade project that has helped improve the lives of young people, stay-at-home mothers and unemployed people in Tamatave and the surrounding area.
