Workshop on the VOGNY Program

ONG JADE launched the VOGNY program workshop at the Grande Salle de l'ISTRA on July 19, 2019. The morning began with two presentations on the role of schools in modernizing Malagasy society, followed by a debate on leadership with the participation of several speakers. During the two-hour break, ONG Jade invited all the speakers and its team to lunch.

The afternoon was entirely devoted to the VOGNY program, its rationale, its provisional schedule, and a related public debate, with contributions from Mr. RANDRIANSARA Morel Max Francis and Mr. Jan-Bodo LESSMANN on behalf of ONG Jade. The representative of the Lycée Technique et Professionnel de Tamatave, Mr. Alfaro, also explained his role in supporting the winners after the competition.

The speakers answered questions about how the program would run, particularly regarding the awarding of bonuses to pupils. However, the signing of the project documents was postponed due to a large-scale absence of school representatives.
