Vice-President

I am NOMENANDRIAMANITRA Tiavina Nomena, and I am passionate about using ICT to promote social development.
ICT gives young people unprecedented access to information and can empower them to achieve their aspirations. That is why I am proud to volunteer with ONG JADE to promote the use of ICT among young people in the former Province of Toamasina.

Experience

January 2026–present: Vice-President

Support the President and act as a substitute in their absence.
Supervise project teams and manage relationships with the NGO's members.
Represent the NGO at events and contribute to strategic planning.

January 2023 – 2026: Internal and External Communication Officer

Develop communication strategies and create content (articles, videos, infographics).
Manage the NGO's social media and website.
Establish media partnerships to promote the NGO's projects.

January 2021–January 2022: Mivelogna Staff – Communication Officer

Manage social media, ensuring posts are regular and relevant to the NGO's members and supporters.
Establish partnerships with the media: The Communication Officer may establish partnerships with the media to promote the NGO's projects, by organizing interviews, reports, and editorials.

January 2019 – January 2021: Active member – ICT area

Take part in carrying out project tasks and in collecting data on community needs.
Take part in awareness campaigns and the promotion of ICT tools.
Carry out monitoring and evaluation of the NGO's projects.
