Nanilina

President of JADE NGO

I am MARA LIESY Nanilina Clémencia; volunteering for ONG JADE, which works for full development through young people, is a passion of mine.
I am deeply involved in the poverty-reduction program, which helps with the primary schooling of disadvantaged children in rural areas and the creation of businesses by young people in the former province of Toamasina. As a dynamic young woman, I want to put my skills and energy to the service of this noble cause to help improve the living conditions of our communities.

Experience

January 2024–present: President of JADE NGO

Develop the NGO's strategies and action plans and mobilize resources.
Represent the NGO before local and international authorities and donors.
Assess project impact and encourage local community participation.

January 2022 – January 2024: Vice-President of JADE NGO

Support the President and act as a substitute in their absence.
Supervise project teams and manage relationships with the NGO's members.
Represent the NGO at events and contribute to strategic planning.

July 2019: Secretary General

Define the NGO's strategy based on its objectives and mission. They may also propose specific strategies for individual projects.
Represent the NGO with partners, donors, and local authorities, ensuring that the NGO's interests are protected and promoted.

January 2010: Active member – Poverty Reduction area

Take part in meetings, training sessions, and workshops to strengthen their professional skills and gain new knowledge about the NGO's projects
Assist the mentor with their daily tasks, in particular by carrying out research, drafting reports, or organizing events.
Carry out monitoring and evaluation by collecting data and preparing reports to help the NGO improve its programs and achieve its goals.
