I am HERILALAINA Odilon Ilandy, an economics student at the University of Toamasina. I am determined to contribute to social development and environmental protection.
My commitment to ONG JADE is driven by my desire to promote education and entrepreneurship among young people,
particularly in rural areas of the former province of Toamasina. JADE is an organization that shares my values and ambitions,
notably through its mission of schooling disadvantaged children and promoting entrepreneurship.

January 2024–January 2026: Board Member – Auditor

Audit the NGO's accounts and verify the compliance of financial transactions.
Check expense records and carry out internal audits.
Prepare audit reports and advise management on financial matters.

January 2020 – January 2024: Treasurer of the JADE NGO

Oversee financial management effectively, transparently, and responsibly.
Monitor project expenses and verify compliance with the NGO's budgets.
Provide regular financial reports to partners and donors.

2019 – 2020: Active member

Take part in carrying out project tasks and in collecting data on community needs.
Take part in awareness campaigns and the promotion of ICT tools.
Carry out monitoring and evaluation of the NGO's projects.
