Conference on Leadership and Entrepreneurship - Vogny Program, 4th cohort

The conference on leadership and entrepreneurship was held on Saturday, February 4, 2023, from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm in the main hall of C.E.D.I in Tamatave. It aimed to consolidate the learning of VOGNY program participants, including the 8 high school students of the 4th cohort, after completing the first module on personal development led by "Davôlagna Succes". The VOGNY program is an initiative of NGO JADE, which aims to instill entrepreneurial reflexes and the desire to start a business in the city's young people.

The aim of the conference was to strengthen participants' skills and knowledge in leadership and entrepreneurship. The speakers, FANJA Miora, co-founder of Simplicity Design, and JEAN Aurelien Bertino, personal development coach, shared their experience and expertise on the subject. The content was adapted to the participants' level of understanding and presented following the "F rule" to aid memorization.
