Call for Expressions of Interest and Collaboration — Vogny Programme 2026-2027
For the selection of trainers, consultants, teachers and qualified professionals, as part of the extracurricular activities of the Vogny Programme 2026-2027 (personal development, leadership, entrepreneurial culture, business creation).
Every year, the Vogny Programme takes high school students on a journey that goes well beyond the classroom: learning to know themselves, carry a project, persuade, and create. For the 2026-2027 season, JADE NGO is looking for trainers, teachers, consultants and practitioners ready to share their experience with this new generation of budding young entrepreneurs.
This call for expressions of interest is open to anyone with solid expertise and a genuine taste for teaching — whether a working professional, an experienced teacher, or an independent consultant. The goal: build a pool of trainers able to lead, according to their skills and availability, one of the programme's four modules.
What we are looking for
Beyond diplomas and certifications, what matters most to us is a real ability to connect with high school students: knowing how to simplify ideas, listen, and adapt one's message to a young audience that may be unfamiliar with certain concepts. Experience in training, coaching, mentoring or youth support work will be a strong asset, as will fluency in French and/or Malagasy for smooth facilitation.
We also pay particular attention to a genuine commitment to respect, integrity and responsibility toward young people — non-negotiable criteria for anyone called to work with our audience.
Four modules, a progression built for the year
The programme is built around four key stages, from personal development through to starting a business. The schedule below is indicative: minor adjustments may be discussed with partner schools and selected trainers, without altering the overall structure.
| Module | Estimated period | |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Personal development | October 7 – December 19, 2026 |
| 2 | Leadership | December 23, 2026 – February 13, 2027 |
| 3 | Entrepreneurial culture | February 17 – April 17, 2027 |
| 4 | Starting a business | April 21 – June 19, 2027 |
Each application may cover only one module. If you wish to apply for several modules, please submit a separate application for each one.
The Personal development module lays the groundwork: self-knowledge, self-confidence, time and emotion management, public speaking. Next comes Leadership, where students learn to work as a team, make decisions, manage conflict and motivate a group. The third module, on entrepreneurial culture, awakens initiative: identifying a need, generating an idea, sketching a first business model. The journey closes with starting a business, where each idea takes shape in a real mini business plan — value proposition, target customers, budget forecast, sales strategy.
Every module follows the same teaching philosophy: lively sessions driven by the students themselves rather than passively received — case studies, role-play, group work, simulations. The selected trainer remains free to adjust the proposed content, as long as the module's objectives and the programme's overall coherence are respected.
What we expect from a trainer
In practice, the assignment involves preparing a coherent session plan and simple, accessible materials, then facilitating the sessions with respect for the diversity of participants. A light, constructive assessment of learning outcomes then allows results to be reported back to the coordination team. Depending on needs, participation in coordination meetings and the module's closing session may also be requested.
As with any activity involving young people, compliance with safeguarding, confidentiality and non-discrimination rules — as well as JADE NGO's code of conduct — applies without exception.
How to apply
The requested application package is intentionally simple: an up-to-date CV, a short cover letter (one page maximum) stating the module applied for, and any other useful document (proposed syllabus, references...). A brief summary of relevant experience and your availability for the chosen module's period complete the package. Each document must not exceed 5 MB (PDF, Word or image).
Applications are submitted directly online through the secure form below — you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provide as soon as your application is sent. Shortlisted candidates will then be contacted for an interview.
