Team Building 2021

NGO JADE organized a team building and excursion day on September 19, 2021 in Foulpointe (50km north of Tamatave). The morning was devoted to a visit to the nursery, which allowed the NGO's members to discover new crops and farming practices. This visit was followed by lunch to regain strength before the rest of the day.

In the afternoon, NGO members took part in group games to strengthen their cohesion and team spirit. The games included activities focused on memory, concentration, trust, dynamism and leadership. Participants were divided into four teams and competed with skill and strategy to win. The best volunteers of 2022 were also rewarded at the certificate of recognition ceremony.

The team building and excursion day was an opportunity for NGO JADE members to strengthen their team spirit and cohesion. Indeed, the group games helped create bonds between participants, strengthen trust and communication, and foster the development of leadership and collaboration skills. These objectives are essential for the NGO's proper functioning and for achieving the organization's mission goals.
