Team building 2023 - Ambodivolo

On December 16 and 17, 2022, NGO JADE organized an excursion and team building event in Ambodivolo, 13 km north of Tamatave on National Road No. 5.
This event aimed to strengthen team cohesion and foster sharing and solidarity among members.

The program began with departure from Tamatave at 9 am. Upon arrival, members set up camp and toured the site.
In the afternoon, a ceremony was held to present certificates of recognition to the best volunteers of 2023, followed by the promotion of godchildren to active member status.

The following members were thus promoted to active member status: Agnès, Evans, Charlie, Adèle, Misa, Prisca.

The evening featured group games to encourage interaction.
On Sunday morning, group team-building activities took place to improve memory, concentration, cohesion, confidence, dynamism and leadership. The morning concluded with the announcement of the game results, followed by lunch before returning to Tamatave by boat.

This excursion had a very positive impact, strengthening cohesion and team spirit while offering moments of joy and conviviality.
It was an unforgettable experience, ideal for recharging before resuming next year's projects.
