Monitoring and evaluation of 2020-2021 schooling support at EPP Andranokobaka

The monitoring of 2020-2021 schooling support organized by ONG JADE at EPP Andranokobaka took place on May 20, 2021. Its main objective was to check and improve the results of the 15 scholarship pupils supported by the organization. This initiative aimed to provide pupils with the resources they need to succeed in their schooling and thereby contribute to their future and to the development of their community. ONG Jade's volunteer members therefore carried out a thorough evaluation of these pupils' performance and proposed measures to help them improve their academic path.

In addition to evaluating academic results, a training session on personal development and effective communication techniques was organized for teachers, the scholarship pupils' parents, the pupils and the school's headmaster. The aim of this training was to strengthen participants' skills in these areas so that they could better support pupils in their academic path and contribute to their personal and professional fulfillment. Participants learned to build their self-confidence and their ability to communicate effectively, as well as methods for improving their performance in their respective roles.

Thanks to this schooling monitoring, EPP Andranokobaka's scholarship pupils benefited from personalized, quality support to succeed in their academic path. Teachers, parents and the headmaster also acquired new skills to better support pupils in their personal and professional development. This ONG Jade initiative thus helped to strengthen access to education and contribute to the development of the local community.
