Classroom Rehabilitation - EPP Ambodimanga II - 2018
The NGO JADE, a youth-run non-governmental organization based in Tamatave, works to bring schooling to disadvantaged children in rural areas of Madagascar. As part of its annual project for the schooling of children in precarious situations, the NGO is committed to providing occasional support to partner schools, including the rehabilitation of school buildings or the provision of books or school furniture.
In March 2018, the NGO provided materials for the rehabilitation of a school building roof at EPP Ambodimanga 2, which needed urgent renovation after having been unusable for several years. This donation includes 100 sheets of corrugated iron and nails, which will allow the school to restore the building and set up safe and secure classrooms for the children. The NGO continues to work in collaboration with its German donors to support the schooling of disadvantaged children in rural areas of Madagascar.
